Coming from two families of winegrowers, Anne and Philippe Gimonnet have chosen the same path as their ancestors. It was in 1986 that the first bottles of Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet were vinified.
Since then, Anne and Philippe have had only one goal: to create champagnes of excellence.
Since 2012, their son, Charles, joined them, driven by the same passion and the desire to perpetuate a work undertaken a few decades ago by his ancestors.
This champagne is a non-Vintage Brut composed solely of Chardonnay grapes from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Its very fine foam reveals all its freshness, finesse and elegance.
This cuvée with the citrus notes are particularly present at the end of the mouth. An ideal wine for an aperitif.
