This wine has an amber orange color with a cloudy aspect, typical of this type of wine. The first notes reveal a wine as complex as it is harmonious. On the palate, it is distinguished by a subtle bouquet of orange zest, honey flowers, apricot compote, caramel and even aromatics with a slight oxidized touch. Its structure reveals weak tannins, a medium acidity and a long finish. But the most important thing is that you smell and taste the grapes themselves! For oxygenation and faster opening, a two-hour carafe is recommended.
