Through a medium ruby color, the first notes reveal a delicate wine with aromas of jammy strawberries, cherries, dried tomatoes, vanilla and tobacco. It is an unfiltered, medium-bodied, high-acidity wine with well-rounded tannins. The finish surprises with its pleasant length.

Thymiopoulos vineyards in Naoussa has highlighted the new order of things regarding Xinomavro's winemaking. Vineyards are biodynamically cultivated and depending on the terroir, different vinification techniques are applied.
This results in wines that run out extremely fast. Apostolos Thymiopoulos is a man who loves his land and you can easily understand a walk with him in his beloved vineyards, where he will passionately talk about his favorite xinomavro, the use of biodynamic practices, and ... traces of wild boar clumsily clawing the soil around the roots and devouring the grapes from its vineyards. It is fortunate or even privileged to have some of the most beautiful vineyards in Naoussa, which are of great diversity and their names show strength, tradition and charm. Many consider the person who changed the tasty profile of xinomavro 180 degrees, giving wines with lighter tannins, acidity and much more fresh red fruit than in previous wines. However, his wines always have his personal appearance.
