Savatiano is the king grape from the outskirts of Attica, all around Athens. He was once nicknamed by the Romans “the gold of Attica”. This beautiful dry white you will discover the grape variety savatiano outside the wines of Retsina type, as vinified by the most experienced producer in its culture! In a bright yellow color, this wine has a subtle aroma of citrus fruits and exotic fruits. Its sweet acidity brings a harmony to the palate which then leads to a pleasant length. The attack is fine and the finish saline.
