The Papagiannakos estate, the most experienced in the cultivation and vinification of the Savatiano Greek grape variety, is pushing its limits by producing this white wine. Through a limpid yellow dress with amber reflections, the first notes reveal a wine as complex as harmonious. On the palate, it offers a beautiful expression of citrus followed by notes of vanilla, spices and coconut. Beyond, it opens to a discreet minerality accompanied by a creamy texture. Its pronounced body combines with its refreshing acidity towards a pleasant finish.
