Brown color with caramel highlights, intense aromas of dried fruits, raisins, honey, butter caramel and minerality. Full, velvety mouth with balanced sweetness and freshness of acidity. Great aftertaste.

Chatzidakis Winery was founded in 1997 by Haridimos and Konstantina Chatzidakis. In 1996 Constantine showed Haridimos the vineyard of her family, in the village of Pyrgos Kallistis, on the way to the monastery of Prophet Elias.
She was neglected because her parents (George & Catherine Chrysou) had left Santorini after the 1956 earthquake, where they settled in Athens. So from then until 1996 no one was cultivating this particular estate. Finally, Haridimos revived and cultivated it. Haridimos Hatzidakis was one of the Greek wine pioneers having the vision of the terroir authentic expression and the production of wines that would provoke exceptional feelings to those who were fortunate to try them. It was one of his achievements that he had enjoyed while he was alive. Trying different things than several local producers and with a touch of natural wine-making, he produced wines that in a short period of time became particularly popular in the market. Among them Santorini de Mylos, Cuvee 15 and Assyrtiko de Louros were recorded as exceptional Santorini wines. His daughters will continue his work and we expect new thrills from the new generation.
