A special sweet wine was produced from the Cretan variety Liatiko, grown in the area of Sitia. Aged in oak barrels, it is characterized by aromas of currant and raspberry with notes of jam. Enjoy it as a dessert at the end of a meal.

Giannis Oikonomou, after graduating with the diploma of oenologist from the University of Alba in Milan, worked for several wineries abroad, such as Freiburg in Germany, the village Barollo in Italy and Châteaux Margaux.
He returned to Crete, settled in Ziro, in the prefecture of Lassithi and started making quality wines from the varieties: Vilana, Thrapsathiri, Mantilari, Liatiko, Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.
