Our e-shop is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can order a bottle or many cases (or mixed cases) according to your needs!

On our website we have added all the information that is necessary for you to choose products according to the food and/or circumstances relevant to you. We are always happy to offer our help via a simple email to or by phone at +352 691 125 866 between Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00 & Saturday 10.00 to 15.00.

After selecting your products, you can go to your cart and buy them as a guest or by opening an account.

You can pay by any credit card, by bank transfer or cash upon the delivery of your order.

Important note : Prices are reserved only for shipping and buying within the country of Grand-Duché de Luxembourg. For exports please contact us for the prices and delivery methods.

Shipping & Payment Methods

Pickup from our Warehouse

After you have completed your order through the site’s checkout process, and you have received an email informing you that your order is ready, you may come by our store to pick it up. Our Warehouse address is 3-5 rue d’Arlon,
L-8399 Windhoff. Our Warehouse is open for retail clients on Saturdays from 10.30 to 15.30.

Pickup from our Wine Shop

After you have completed your order through the site’s checkout process, and you have received an email informing you that your order is ready, you may come by our store to pick it up. Our Wine Shop’s address is 13, Boulevard du Jazz L-4370 in Belval in the back side of the building Naos. We are open for retail clients from Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 to 18:00.

Delivery within Luxembourg

Delivery within Luxembourg every Wednesday 10:30 to 16:00 for orders above 100€ of all of our products. For orders less than 100 €, shipping cost is 7€ (including VAT).

Delivery for EU countries

For deliveries of orders with shipping in counties of the European Union we cooperate with Eurosender Sarl. We can ship from 1 bottle until the quantity that you need. The cost of the shipping is calculated from Eurosender Sarl and depends on the country, the weight and the dimensions of the parcel. Oinolux Sarl does not add any extra cost and the full cost of the delivery is fully paid in advance by Oinolux Sarl and after it is added in the receiver’s invoice.

Important note: We do not accept orders from Non European countries. (This also includes United Kingdom unfortunately after the Brexit, due to extra shipping costs and taxes applied.)

Payment Methods

You can pay for deliveries or at our warehouse:

1) With Cash upon delivery or at the pick up of your order from our Warehouse.

2) With our Vivawallet application by Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard/ Maestro / American Express/) or Prepaid Card.

For online payments fill in all required fields (card holder’s name, card number, expiration date).

Your transactions in our store are protected by maximum online security systems (SSL-128 bit) which guarantee a secure environment in most of the 500 largest companies in the world.

We also accept payments with Apple-pay, Google-pay and Android-Pay from Android devices from payment terminal.

Return Policy

Damaged or Spoiled Products – Orders cancellation – Product Returns – Right of Withdrawal

The products that our site supports and promotes, were carefully selected by experts and by reference to the supplied quality of our producer or supplier. The stores all the products in conditioned spaces strictly observe the storage and maintenance requirements of each product. Despite continued efforts to promote the products to our customers in perfect condition, there are few cases in which a product can be damaged without -most times; with our responsibility.

We accept product returns that are damaged, without any restriction, as long as the problem is found by you and inform us about the latest after seven days of receipt of the product. Please our customers to inform us through the website “Contact” like choosing communication theme ” About an order ” and indicating the exact problem. Responsible partner may communicate with the client on, and the customer is informed of the acceptance of the return by email.

The indication of the problem please declare if you wish to return the money to your account or to replace the defective product. The customer must return the defective product so that we can inform on our supplier. Return is free of charge for the customer and the refund or replacement of the product made after receipt by the of damaged product.

The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, without penalty and with no obligation to announce the reason for returning them within fourteen (7) calendar days from the date of their receipt. In this case, the customer bears all the cost involved for returning the products. Returns will be accepted only if the products that the customer wants to return are in the same condition as received, they are not unsealed or their original packaging is not violated. In order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the company of his/her decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The statement has to be sent to the company within the said period. If the customer sends electronically the declaration of withdrawal, the company will send him on reasonable time via email an acknowledgment of the withdrawal.

In order for the customer to meet the withdrawal period deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration on the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. In addition, the customer is obliged to return the products without any delay and in any case within 7 calendar days from the day he/she declared his/her withdrawal. The deadline is met only if the customer sends back the products before the expiration of the 7 calendar days period. The customer will bear any costs for returning the products.

In case of products return, the refund corresponding to the products value will be completed within 7 calendar days from the date that acknowledged the customer’s decision to withdraw. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it has received the goods back so as to verify that they are in their original condition and packaging. The company will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not be charged costs for such a refund. The company is not required to reimburse the supplementary costs, if the customer has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of the standard delivery offered by the company.

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.
