Mandilari is one of the hardest grapes to tame the Greek vineyard. The estate Lyrarakis produces exclusively on the island of Crete this single varietal wine with finesse with indigenous yeasts so as to extract a high quality juice. Deep red in color, this wine has aromas of plums, roasted dried fruits, tobacco and ripe fruit. Its tannic power, its balance and its long finish contribute to give it some hold and elegance. A great wine with a brand new label to go out for the festive menu or to forget in the cellar for several years.
