An Assyrtiko grown on a plot of the same name in eastern Crete at 580 meters height. The region enjoys a micro-climate characterized by winds throughout the year, making here a vintage with a lot of freshness while keeping its minerality and acidity. It reveals typical citrus notes as well as the liveliness of Assyrtiko with floral scents and white fruits. Wonderfully ripe grapes have given this wine a crisp and rich mouthfeel with a mineral and chalky character. It is completely distinguished by a particular roundness peculiar to the vintage.
