Chardonnay is an epic white variety with a huge aging potential. Vangelis Gerovassiliou, on the other hand, is one of the most experienced winemakers in Greece. This combination of the two can only have impressive results. Chardonnay has been cultivated on the Estate since 1983. After pre-fermentation cold extraction, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels. It remains in contact with its wine lees for a period of a few months, thus gaining in body and enriching in varied aromas. Bright deep yellow-green color. Intense aromas of apricot, peach and ripe melon, notes of vanilla, honey and dried fig, candied citrus. Mouth rich in sweetness and acidity that finally balances it. It has a full, rich and full taste and can be aged.
