Origin of Grapes The Valley of the Muses, on the mountain of Elikonas, in Central Greece. The soil is fertile, with a mixed sandy clay composition, thus offering the possibility of producing wines of exceptional quality and rich aromas. The microclimate of the area is characterized by cold winters and hot summers, while a small river called Permisos contributes to the existence of a mild continental climate. The vineyards are located at an altitude of between 450 and 550 meters.
Color straw yellow with light green shades, with soft aromas of fresh fruit, such as pear and apple. Excellent structure with depth of flavors and acidity that brings the flavors to the fore and adds freshness, with a pleasant aftertaste.
Ideal to accompany fresh seafood, grilled fish, salad and vegetable pies.
