The harvest is done manually in early October, a percentage (50%) is fermented in whole clusters, the fermentation is done with native doughs, then it matures for 12 months, in French oak barrels of 500 liters, second use. The extraction takes 30 days. The wines are bottled by hand and are not filtered.
Intense ruby color. In the aromatic characteristics we find a wine of great intensity, characterized by strawberry, sour cherry, raspberry, raspberry, tomato, thyme, rosemary, lavender, with black pepper and bitter almond following. The palate is full, with cool acidity, fine balance supported by strong but perfectly integrated elegant tannins and the whole set leads us to a very good aftertaste with duration.
