Deep purple color in the glass. Nose of moderate (+) aromatic intensity that betrays its vinification: fresh soil, wet leaves and truffle. Behind them dense, impermeable red and black fruit, such as cherry, raspberry, plum, blueberry complemented by marjoram, lavender, coffee, cocoa powder and thyme. Medium (+) volume body with amazing concentration, sharp acidity and moderate (+) but silky tannins. Fresh sour cherry, cranberry, cherry, plum pair with melted couverture, tea leaves, espresso and gooseberry. With the second sip, ginger and cinnamon add extra sophistication points to the impressive set. The aftertaste is simply endless.
