“Armi” in the Cretan dialect refers to the top of a mountain, an ideal terroir to promote the expression of Thrapsathiri, a native Cretan variety that is little known to the general public but which has nonetheless attracted the attention of many wine critics . This rich in aromas on almond milk and those of dried fruits (apricot, prunes) with a delicate touch of tobacco thanks to aging in oak barrels. Its full body combines masterfully with its fine acidity and mastered towards a final reminiscent of the zest of orange and quince.
