This rosé is the rebirth of the Latiko grapes under a whole new expression. A shallow salmon color, it surprises us with an intense and complex nose that jumps between ripe red fruits, bergamot jam, winter flowers and sweet spices, due to the aging of 12% of this wine for 2 months in oak barrels. The mouth starts with a very typical minerality of the grape variety. The palate is full with powerful vivacity and masterfully balanced by crisp acidity. The presence of tannins is both weak and very flexible. A delicious wine that develops beautifully over time.
