The Papagiannakos estate, specialized in Savatiano culture since 1919, selects the “Vientzi” plot, as in the first vintages, in order to produce a wine more complex and different from the rest of the range. From vines aged about 60, this wine has a limpid yellow with green hues. It shows a thrilling and vibrant bouquet with lemon juice, chamomile and ripe tropical fruit, with slightly grassy notes. The aromas are confirmed on the palate, lending itself to a refreshing and mineral tasting that gives a remarkable impression of fullness and density. The finale extends the pleasure of a beautiful length.

Papayiannakos established the first bioclimatic winery in Greece, which is situated at Kalogeri position, in Markopoulo, close to Vravrona archaelogical site.
In 1919, the grand father of Papayiannakos family fills the first barrel and a new history begins. Since 1960, the new generation of the family maintains the high quality in wine maiking, combining the family tradition with the environmental conditions of the region, the warm, mediterranean climate and the fertile Attica land along with the new vinification methods applied.
