Privately owned vineyard in the area of Perpatiara, in Tegea, Arcadia. For the production of natural sparkling wine Amalia Brut is harvested in early September. For the production of base wine, an early harvest is made so that the grapes have a low potential alcoholic strength and high natural acidity. The second fermentation takes place in the flask, with the traditional method of Champagne that imposes the daily, arduous rotation until the final removal of the autolytic precipitate. Elegant sparkling wine with light yellow-green color and thin bubbles with intensity and durability. On the nose there are aromas of rose and honey, with a background of charming pastry aromas.
