Traditional method sparkling wine from Moschofilero 100%, with second fermentation in the bottle, under controlled conditions. The wine matures in the bottle in contact with its mud, for about two years. In the final stage, the riddling is completed and the d’expedition liqueur is added.
Complex sparkling wine, with a light yellow-green color and a strong cord of thin and persistent bubbles. On the nose there are subtle aromas of citrus peels, pear & lilac, with a background of charming notes of dough and honey that complement the mouth with a balanced acidity and long aftertaste.
